Welcome to our third Czech Compound Discovere hands-on workshop. In this workshop, we will maximize the benefit to all attendees. Absolute beginners will learn the value of CD 3.1 SP1 and the scope of which it can be used, practicing their first experiment with data provided by the instructor. Those familiar with the software can join on the second day to discuss the development of CD 3.0>>3.1, focusing on molecular networks, mass defect analysis, new identification tools and post-processing scripting node. Two additional modules will premier in this workshop, first, building your own library using mzVault™ and second, how to acquire data for maximal identification output. Bring your laptop with CD 3.1 SP1 installed, check it is working the day before and start having fun with data.
The workshop is not only a place to learn, but to expand your network of fellow users, exchange information and possibly kick off collaborations that will drive your work to a new high.
